About Sarah Muldoon

Sarah Muldoon is an occupational therapist that has worked with kids for over 20 years. She currently works as a school OT where she noticed a disconnect between what gets kids excited about learning and existing handwriting curriculum. She went looking for something more based in play to teach handwriting and couldn’t find it, so she made it. Upon seeing how well it was working, her mission became clear: to change how the essential skill of handwriting is taught in a way that makes it fun and inspiring for kids. Occupational Therapists are special people that never ask, “What is the matter with you?” but rather “What matters to you?”. Doodles Help Handwriting takes this approach with engaging activities that address the foundational skills needed to learn handwriting through the very important occupation of children, play!
