Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Doodles Help Handwriting. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
